What this policy covers

This policy applies specifically to Orbital Lift: The Night Shift on iPhone and iPad, including its TestFlight builds. It describes this game's practices. Other Intent Mesh products may have different features and privacy policies.

Data collected by the game

None. Orbital Lift has no accounts, sign-in, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking identifiers, messaging, or uploads. It does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone. Gameplay works without an internet connection.

Records and settings on your device

The game saves your best pay and run statistics, selected shift, completed introduction, and sound, haptic, graphics, and motion preferences in local app storage. This information is not sent to Intent Mesh or a game server. There is no online leaderboard or developer-operated cloud sync.

Deleting the app removes its local records and settings. Your operating system may include app data in a device backup or transfer if you enable those services. Backups and any restoration of them are controlled by you and Apple; Intent Mesh does not receive that backup data.

Apple services

Apple handles App Store distribution, any purchase of the app, and TestFlight testing. Apple may process purchase information, diagnostics, and beta feedback under its own policies and your device settings. Orbital Lift does not receive or store your payment details. You can review Apple's privacy information for those services.

Contacting support

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use that information to answer your request and investigate the issue. Share only what is needed to explain the problem. You can request deletion of your support correspondence by writing to the address below, subject to any records we are required to retain.

This website

Opening a support or privacy link makes an ordinary web request. The website's hosting provider may process network information such as an IP address, request time, browser information, and page performance to deliver and protect the page. This is separate from the offline game and does not send your shift records or settings.

Sharing and children's privacy

We do not sell gameplay data or share it with advertisers or data brokers. The game collects no personal information from players, including children.
